A key strand of Torbay Connected’s work and philosophy is to engage with and support the local creative, cultural and arts sector. We do this in many different ways. From talking to and consulting people about projects and ideas to making sure that creativity is embedded into interventions. We embed creativity by commissioning artists to deliver creative interventions or by using their services to promote/advertise our works. Finally we look to have a creative skills element attached to every project so young people looking to enter this high value sector have the opportunity to develop their skills and gain valuable experience.
